I missed the personal and service minded attention of the staff. I like the suites. Well design and perfectly comfortable. A pity a could stay the amount nights I planned, due to a personal situation and I had to depart to The Netherlands.

My husband and I stayed one night here and were completely impressed with the level of service and the overall friendliness of the staff. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was great! We would definitely like to stay with them again. The only negative is the location. It is perfect if you need to go to the UZ Gent hospital or a place to rest after going to an event at the arena, but there really is nothing to do beside take a bus into the city—the bus stop is right across the street. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay here!

Long stay at the hotel with family
Superb customer service at the hotel. Excellent location and just off the highway. Breakfast is free for all but then again not the best we've had, scope for improvement there. Nice gym and open 24/7.

God frukost, fint rum (minus för liten handtvål i badrummet) och trevlig personal.Ligger utanför staden men lättillgängligt med bil. Lite dåligt att det WiFi inte ingick utan kostnad.

zeer goed ontvangst van Front office medewerkers. kamer, ruim, zuiver, voldoende lichtinval, ( waarvoor ik had gevraagd) gangen en lift zeer goed onderhouden. als ik een minpuntje mag noemen.... badkamer, erg ruim, maar nergens een plekje om iets weg te zetten zoals deo, tandenborstel etcetc. komen zeker terug, ligging ook fijn, goede busverbindingen om naar stad te gaan.
