"Our big surprise was that the loft was on the 4th floor so basically that was 8 flights of stairs with luggage. Perhaps we should have realized that there would be stairs sibce it wasva loft but we didn't. And being from the US it was strange not having a fire escape;however, there was a large fire extinguisher. The bedding was supper comfortable. Again, the location was awesome!"

"We enjoyed the area and accommodations. Having the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus. Short drive to train station where you can park your car and ride the bus into Bruges center. Host was nice and responsive. It would be helpful to have an instruction manual for the apartment detailing what to do with trash/recycling and where towels are located. There was also a small amount of hand soap and toilet paper. Not sure if this is regular practice or not."

"Very clean. Easy to find. Excellent communication. Everything that you might need was supplied. Parking was great. We had a bit of an issue with the level of noise from the nearby road - concrete with gaps that meant the whole building trembled a little when lorries passed by. Maybe we were unused to road noise, but we had to take the mattresses into the hallway to sleep the 2nd and 3rd night of our 3-night visit. "This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented. I get that Belgium has a thing for buying your linen, but they knew I was one person and outfitted all three beds and lots of towels. Lastly, they kept trying to charge me to take out the garbage but...

"Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Nachteil war nur der fehlende WLAN-Anschluss (aber man konnte den Gast-Zugang des im Erdgeschoss liegenden IzyCoffee nutzen (mit täglich neuer Anmeldung). Fehlende Haken für Handtücher/Necessaire und eine Ablage im Bad wurden moniert und sollen noch nachgerüstet werden."

"Stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, welches etwas unfertig wirkt und für Selbstversorger ungeeignet ist, da es über keine Kochgelegenheit verfügt. Es liegt am äußeren Rand von Gent, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Ein Bäcker oder Supermarkt ist fußläufig schlecht zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt ist dank der vielen Fahrradstraßen gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen, der Weg beträgt ca. 6,5 km. "The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. We had 2 small hand towels and 2 not so large ( medium ) bath towels for 2 for 8 nights ! It’s disgusting ! No hand towels in the...
