"オトガルからのトラム終点で、環状トラムの停車場もあり、どこに行くにも交通は便利。 ホテルは大通り沿いなので、一晩中道路を走る車の走行音やクラクション、サイレンが聞こえる。部屋の窓を閉めても隙間があり、音がダイレクトに聞こえる。 禁煙リクエストをして禁煙部屋だったが、エアコンの風がタバコ臭く、喘息の発作が出てしまった。窓を閉めると暑く、エアコンをつけると臭く、窓を開けるとうるさく、結局眠れなかった。 フロントスタッフは親切。"

"This hotel is perfect. Strongly recommended for tourists visiting Bursa. Located at the center of the city. Good access to any tourist places. Smart Tav is deployed in the room so guests can enjoy YouTube etc. If you could be given a room on the Grand Mosque side, the view is breathtaking. I was so impressed. Mr. Burak at the front desk, he is the top-rater. He speaks English fluently and helps guests before being asked. Visitors would know where to go and what to eat. ---message to Mr Burak--- Thanks to your help, we really enjoyed the stay at Lilium Hotel and Bursa. Please tell the future guests that they should check whether BUDO is operating before going to the port. In our case, BUDO was cancelled and we had to go to Terminal and find a bus to Istanbul!! Now we are back in Tokyo and the incident is already a good memory. You and your colleagues told me Istanbul is good but Bursa is nicer. Yes, I agree. See you again. "
