9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Although advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The property looks dated, with very limited amenities, and the staff were not flexible. It appears to need significant renovation to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I stayed only one night and arrived late, so my observations are limited, but these were my overall impressions.

7.6/10 Good! (688 reviews)
The hotel has lots of use so is looking a bit tired in parts. Good check in staff and access to lifts restricted by room card, this helps security. A very quiet room overlooking the street and a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel is next to the opera so in the centre of Liege. I will book again.

"The exec lounge was very small and had nothing worth eating. Also had a family with kids running all over both times we were there with no staff control. Expected free breakfast as platinum member, not offered. Good location in airport near terminal though. Overpriced $25 burger in lounge was tasty. ..."
