Hi, The hotel is about 50 metres from the underground station and has very nice, helpful staff. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. I would happily stay here again on my future trips. Maybe the hotel has some downsides, but I didn’t encounter any.

Great place to stay in the heart of Vienna. Close to shopping and sites. Staff was excellent. Complimentary wine and minibar. Next to a great bar, Le Feu, connected to the hotel lobby. Super comfy beds and cool vibe. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna.
