「Extremely cozy cabin within a brisk walk to the river. Beautiful area, we saw deer and a little coyote but it wasn’t bothering anybody. Even though it’s in a “resort” it’s quiet and we saw a couple other guests next to the river. Tom, the manager, was extremely quick to help us with any issues with the house but if you need to contact him, a phone call is the best option. This place was amazing and if we ever visit San Antonio or New Braunfels again this will be the spot we go to.」

「I always taking my own cleaning supplies and clean rooms before my family stays anywhere. The sunflower cottage was very clean and I only found one hair - I was so impressed. It was spacious enough for what we needed and was so quaint and tucked back in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely be staying again. The only surprise was being able to hear every word from the guests below us. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The pool and playground were wonderful. The working was fabulous....

「The cabin was very cute and cozy for a couples getaway. The property was well kept and quiet. The cabin came with everything you could need for a stay. It was close to the lake, food options and groceries. The shower is very tiny, if you are over 5’10” you aren’t fitting very well. 「For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom.
