Extremely spacious, well maintained, friendly and welcoming staff. Bonus that breakfast was included too. I was a bit taken aback at having to pay for parking overnight being in a residential area. Overall we will definitely return here if visiting Baden-Baden.

We have stayed in the hotel for second time this autumn. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and very warm room with wonderful view to the city and hills.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located to the city center. The staff was friendly and there was a good basic breakfast. The room was too warm and it was difficult to turn down the heat. There was no reception after 17:00. There was no evening meal service, but the city center with several good restaurants was only 5 minutes walk.

Wenn wir zum Familienbesuch im Schwarzwald sind unsere 1. Wahl. Wunderbare Unterkunft im schönen Gernsbach. Grosse saubere Apartements mit Balkon, tolles Frühstück, Hund erlaubt. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Altstadt, Murg und Kurpark entfernt. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, nicht weit von Baden-Baden. Wir kommen wieder.
