We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. "A wonderful stay! Although the hotel is located near the highway, it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly charming. The room and bedding were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. She helped us set up our complimentary Bern City tickets for transportation. The room was clean, breakfast well set up and excellent choices. Karen was also very nice. Well worth staying here."

We arrived late and only had it for one night thankfully. The other room had no smell though. Location is good for restaurants, shopping, coffee, and tourism. The train station is very convenient for those traveling with out a car. Grocery store is close as well."

"There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful."
