"Arrived on the biggest festival day of the year but staff was great and helped us navigate the crazy parking situation as the city gates were closed making their normal lot unavailable. Room was small as expected but perfectly located near everything. Breakfast was very good and lots of room for the packed house. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good as well. "We have stayed at this location during the Imperial City Days celebration. We love the connivence of being close to the shops and activities. Plus we are far enough from the Marktplatz that we are not disturbed by all the noise or blocked due to events. They have a typical breakfast with meats, cheese, breads and cake. It is cozy and I will return to the same location when I’m in the area. "

"Wow, what is not to like about our stay in Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber. Beautiful and scenic town right outside the Hotel Eisenhut. The room exceeded itself. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of special touches with soaps, shampoos and makeup remover pads. The room did not come with a tea kettle, but we just got a carafe of hot water from the lobby. The staff was always great and helpful. Just beware that there is stairs in this hotel, but they do offer a small elevator. We really enjoyed the place and just wished we were able to stay longer. "
