"Dingy facilities, no on-site laundry or gym (as had been explicitly advertised on their Hotels.com page - perhaps y'all should verify this?), very limited parking available, noisy aircon, loud fighting neighbors at night - lack of overnight desk attendant meant that I had to call security to deal with neighboring room, and the security guard was unprofessional and took half an hour to arrive; loud fighting recommenced ten minutes later."

Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, with clear instructions from the host. The house was well suited for families, with plenty of space for kids to move around, and it was also friendly for guests with dogs. The location was quiet and relaxing, making it a great spot for a getaway. We would happily stay here again."
