Jul 24, 2019We remembered going to a botanical garden near the amphitheater and wanted to go there again, but we couldn't find it. We think they turned the garden into soccer fields. Bad choice.

The property and rooms are generally nice and comfortable, except for the elevator system that is so noisy we could clearly hear it half way down the hall — ask for a room at the far end of the hall not just away from the elevator if you are disturbed at night by noise. Also beware the $30 (plus tax) “resort fee” that is added at check out to your room rate for the provision of . . . basically nothing. So you need to add this $30 (plus tax) as well as some nondiscretionary $1 fee for eco stuff when you are comparing rates across alternative hotels. Disappointing
