"I like that i was able to keios check in and not stand in line. The staff help instantly. Free head ban and light up glasses for the kids. Much activities hands on for the kids gree. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love taking pictures with Violet and the others. No waitinf for the ice machine ot microwave. Little dust on couch hsndle and bunkbed edge. Was told has a problem witj dust. Air in room work well. Fridge froze all my fruits. But was good. I love that they allowed you to bring your own food etc. Dance party at night for the kids was awesome. Meals are very pricy. Easy check out. Access to buggy to carry your stuff. Was surprise about $20 parking fee per day. Will consider a shorter stay. This was a wonderful mini vacation !!"

"The bathroom was not nearly clean. There were strands of hair on the shower floor and walls. The air conditioning was loud and did not keep the room cool enough at night. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the tv worked fine. "

"Just was not crazy about the room Decor! I had booked a third night thru the actual hotel, months before our stay, and come Sunday night, very late, our keycard did not let us in and then they said they had no info on my reservation for the third night. We were also told housekeeping had already cleaned our room, WITH ALL OF OUR THINGS IN IT! And OUR BELONGINGS MAY OR MAY NOT STILL BE THERE! It was a long stressful Process of just getting rechecked in and given a key to see if our things were still there! "

"The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The walk to the lake wasn’t bad either. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Rooms were not ready at check-in time. Lobby bathroom was gross with urine and feces. Our room had a strange odor. Understaffed restaurant at the resort. The cantina at the beach was unexpectedly closed. The main gate to the beach was closed causing a long drive to get lunch for our hungry children. The staff was friendly and the food was good when we finally got sat in the mostly empty dining room. The beds were comfortable. The scenery was nice. "

"This place is more suited for traveling construction workers. The room as well as the sidewalks were very dirty. The room had a very strong marijuana order. The staff was nice and helpful when we arrived well after the front desk closing at 7:00 pm (would have been nice to know). Had to call emergency after hours number to get access. Man was very helpful. WILL NOT stay here again and don't advise anyone to take their family hear! LOUD, drunk (or high) tenants all night with no staff onsite to address. Bed was comfortable is the only good thing I can say about this place, and that simply wasn't enough to be worth the money spent."

"The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable."
