「Once we were checked in, our stay was great. At check-in, our registration person was unengaged and presented inaccurate information. He offered us and upgrade stating that it was less than what we had originally paid for our room. After making the upgrade, he tried to charge us an additional cost. He then stated that it was above what we originally paid so we refused the upgrade. The entire process took us over 20 minutes.」

「We stayed here because this quaint little town was about halfway between Denver International and Breckenridge where we had plans. The place itself was cozy, however the area is unfinished and the driveway area was extremely muddy which transferred into the house. The doormats are small, carpeted and inadequate for the mud and gravel tracked in.
