The main house contains two of the five bedrooms, two baths, a great room with 26 ft vaulted ceiling, a kitchen and a formal indoor dining room. The great room is complimented by the stacked stone fireplace with dimplex insert for ambience, 54” Samsung Smart TV and Bose Bluetooth Sound Dock Stereo System. The 78 ft. east facing veranda overlooks the infinity pool, hot tub & ocean. It is a superb outdoor area for large parties or dining.
A west facing outdoor covered dining area, with BBQ, overlooks Hoopers Bay (.7 mile) in the distance and provides for more sheltered dining.
The 526 sq. ft. master bedroom, with 5 piece ensuite bathroom and spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbour is separated from the main house by a covered breezeway, allowing for more privacy.
The entire house is air conditioned, but usually the ocean breezes are sufficient.
There are two poolside bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and fabulous views.
The 2000 sq. ft. deck, pool & hot tub area allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors and view any time day or night.
