All was very good. House is beautiful. There was an issue with the lower level air conditioner went out. Contacted Sasha and it was resolved rather quickly.Be careful with the kitchen cabinet door pulls, see photo. Too long and one of us scraped their arm open. Otherwise, beach is wonderful. Lots of starfish.

The unit is very well equipped for cooking in which we did often. Location is great, on the ocean, near the pool, and close to Georgetown.

We have been staying at Seacroft Villa for many years and feel at home there...the minute you walk in you are in paradise. So close to pretty to your own beach and little bay to play in - full of sea life! This property has all the amenities you need and owners are wonderful! February Point property is close to downtown. February Point also has a great restaurant that we highly recommend on the property - Rusty Anchor. You are met with safe and kind people on property, and the island will only give you special memories.

Beautiful and well appointed property. Lots of room. Private sand garden right on the water. Private pool, restaurant, and spa on resort property. Phil and Denise were extremely responsive. Generally respond within an hour or so, sometimes just moments to respond. Very safe property. Hope to rent here again next year.

We loved having access to tennis courts and the restaurant on site. Loved the property and view. Host was very easy to work and communicate with.

The hosts were amazing from the moment of booking. The location was perfect - gated community, walk to the restaurant, bar, community pool and beach. Very easy drive to town and fabulous nearby beaches (Jolly Hall was fab!) But the best part was the house. Our “backyard” was the ocean! We saw a turtle, many fish, found a large conch. Played with starfish (gently and put them back,) Next time we’ll rent a boat and tie it up behind the house! Highly recommend!

Island paradise!

A stunning view and a wonderful property, couldn't be happier. The gated community is quiet and secluded and the house is exactly as pictured. Good restaurants in the area and plenty of water activities.

Week in paradise.

We had a great trip despite some rain, this neighborhood is a great location central to most activities on the island such as stores, dining, chat n chill ferry and Minns. Also the Rusty anchor on site and pools were great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday. The house is extremely well appointed, especially the kitchen where I even managed to make a full Christmas dinner in the enormous oven! The views from the villa are just stunning and Exuma itself is a dream come true. The beds are super comfortable and we all felt very at home at February Point. There is a communal pool right next to the villa which the kids loved using. We made use of the Rusty Anchor restaurant on site and the food and service was great. We also had massages at the spa which my husband and I agreed were the best we'd ever had!Before we arrived Phil and Denise were always available to answer my (frequent) questions and were really helpful.If you're not sure, just book! You will have the holiday of a lifetime at this villa and on Exuma.

Wir hatten dort eine phantastische Zeit. Direkt am Wasser und sehr ruhig. Unbedingt Insektenspray mitnehmen, ansonsten ist abends kein sitzen im Freien möglich.

Perfect Getaway

You can not beat the SeaCroft Villa D2 location! It is the perfect villa right on the beach overlooking sailboats, sea planes and sea turtles that cross your path as you sit by the water -- enjoying the view, warm water and snorkeling is a fun treat too. The Villa is the perfect place for R&R -- owners are a pure joy to work with too.
