Take note of reception area

This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.

Staff was rude , we loss one room card and they ask to pay for card unless find it , no one charge for romm card but eventually we have struggle find the card no Napkin in the room nill communications Check n start 3 pm we request atelast 2 pm they ask to pay and check in in by law every where start 12 pm and we wondering if we can get compensations Sink was blocked no one care about it

The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service

Never ever in my life check in from car in a car park with NO SIGN. Having difficulty to find. Direction very confusing and outside property not clean and maintain. Luckily inside not too bad.

Ankommer til bygningen og skal finde carpark 3 der er kun 1 elevator der virker ud af 3 der er 7 etager og alle skal ud derfra fra nabo bygningen som er 37 etager høj. Så 20 min vente tid for komme med baggage level 3 hvor man tjekker ind i bagsmækken på en bil ,special oplevelse men det virkede og vi fik en nøgle. Samme elevator show for komme til 7 for gå i nabo bygningen tag næste elevator som der også er lang vente tid. Lejligheden var ok , var der 2 dage men fik ikke rengøring selvom vi satte skilt på døren. Vi havde en god tur outlet og udendørs forlystelsespark, kan klart anbefales.

C'était horrible. L'appartement ne correspond pas du tout aux photos. Les parties communes sont sales et sentent le pipi. Il y a du vent qui rentre dans l'appartement. L'eau chaude est très limitée. Tout à commencer avec le check in qui a eu lieu dans le coffre d'une voiture au parking (sous-sol). Attention c'est un piège
