木の香りが気持ちいい部屋でした。 可愛らしいインテリアでスイスの山荘のような感じだと思いました。ジュネーブ1のスイスレストランと同じ経営。レストランも雰囲気もLiveミュージックもチーズフォンデュも 最高でした

ロケーション、部屋、朝食、スタッフの対応、どれもとても良かったです。駅から少し離れていますが、目の前にバス停があり、また周辺にはレストランもたくさんあります。 ただ、部屋の中のWIFI接続が非常に悪く、ストレスでした。その点が改善されれば、ジュネーブに行くときはまた泊まりたいです。

駅からスーツケースを持って歩くのには少し距離があ理ますが、歩けない距離ではないです。トラム乗り場がホテルの目の前にあるので、分かっていれば使うのもアリですね。1番か25番に乗れば良いです。 ホテルのレストランはチーズのにおいで一杯でした。

お部屋は全体的に木目調で落ち着きがあり、大変清潔にされてました。10歳の息子を連れての滞在でしたが、本人も大変満足している様子でした。ホテルスタッフの方だけでなく、併設のレストランでも最高のサービスを受けました。

成人家族3人で宿泊しました。駅から歩いて15分ほど、ホテルの前にバス停があり、バスでも10分未満。目の前にスーパー・小さいけどコンビに・ジェラートショップと便利。スタッフはみんな感じが良い。アルプスの牧歌的なイメージのかわいい部屋。バスタブ・湯沸しポットと備品も良い。エレベーターが小さいので、大勢乗れない。廊下もせまく、隣の部屋の話し声・音とか漏れてくる。朝食はあまり期待できないかも・・・レストランでのライブを観ながらの夕食も良かった。

温かみのある雰囲気の良いホテルです。 部屋はスイスらしい感じで寛げます。 テーブルや家具があるので、小物もゆったり置けて、心地よいです。 洗面所は機能的でモダンな感じです。 レストランでスイスのライブ演奏があり とても楽しめ、料理も美味しいです。 wifiの接続が持続して使えると、いいです。

とても素敵です
エレベーターが小さくて１つしかないのが唯一の欠点。バス停から近くてとても便利。部屋はかわいいし、スタッフは親切、レストランも最高！バスタブはやや幅が狭いですが、シャワーのでも良いし、満足です。部屋には冷蔵庫もきちんとあります。快適に過ごせました。

スイスの山小屋の雰囲気が楽しめるホテルです。 鍵がカードのスワイプ式でしたが、開けづらいのが難点でした。 またエレベーターのボタンの反応が悪いのが難点でしたが、その他はよかったです。

スイスらしい木のぬくもりのある部屋
スイスに来たなら山小屋風のホテルがいいなと思い、ジュネーブ市内にあったのでこちらに宿泊しました。 部屋は木造なので温かみがあり落ち着きます。程よく広さもあり、狭さは感じませんでした。 外の広場に面しているので明るく、バスタブはなくシャワーのみの部屋でした。 旧市街へも、駅へも徒歩圏内なので程よく便利です。 宿泊者にはホテルのレストランの１５％引きのチケットがもらえます。 目の前にはスーパーマーケットもありました。

シャレー風のとても快適な客室
7月末に出張で2泊しました。シャレー風の客室はふだん出張で泊まるホテルとはひと味違った雰囲気があり、とても良かったです。また、駅にもレマン湖にも近く、便利なロケーションでした。 レストランで夕食を食べましたが、スイス音楽の生演奏があり、それを聴きながらチーズフォンデューなどを楽しみました。 この時期は、観光シーズンだったからでしょうか、宿泊料はとても高かったです。（他のホテルも同様にとてもたかったようです）

受付はあまり感じよくなかったです Not very pleasant receptionist
到着した時、先に受付で他の人を対応していました。 こちらに気付いても何も声をかけずに無視。海外ではよくある事なので、こちらもあまり気にせずいましたが、前の人の対応が終わっても声をかけて来なかったのには少し驚きました。こちらから声をかけると、無愛想なままの対応。 帰りも同じで、先客が終わっても他の仕事をしたりしていて、子供にもニコリともしてくれません。格別悪くはなかったですが、随分無愛想な受付が印象的でした。 The receptionist didn't talk to us even after they finish the costumer. We were carrying our luggages and we were looking at the receptionist at the counter. It was obvious enough that we were waiting for checking in. The same thing happened again when we checked out. It wasn't a "bad" stay, but not very pleasant.

The upgrade to the larger suite was lovely, plus birthday surprises as well. The dinner in the restuarant was superb, and everyone should do the fonsue cooking lesson, so much fun and cheese.

Room was clean and inviting. Linens in excellent condition. Water and chocolates placed in side table for us. Sofa bed was made up, ready to use which was very much appreciated. Would recommend hotel.
