Starting May 1 2026, a new large game room and additional bedroom (7th bedroom) will be complete in the detached, finished garage.

An additional two-story, detached garage turned finished entertainment room provides non-stop fun for all ages (available in early 2026, pictures to be added as completed).

Note: The loft does not have a bathroom. Guests staying here will use bathrooms located in the Main House or Guest House just a short walk away.

Each bedroom features plush bedding, blackout curtains or blinds, and ample storage. All areas, the Main House, Guest House, and Detached Entertainment Room and Bedroom Loft have heating and air conditioning. The Main House master bedroom and the Guest House bedroom are both accessible without stairs and include accessible bathing (showers).

Kitchen and Dining
Gather around to enjoy home-cooked meals with lake views! The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining families and large groups. The kitchen includes all large and small appliances, cookware, a dedicated beverage/coffee station, and connected butler’s kitchen providing additional food preparation and storage space. The kitchen’s open-concept design provides family-style dining and entertainment with a large island and dining table offering lakefront seating for 13. Steps off of the kitchen is a large patio area offering additional dining and entertainment space.

There is no need to pack cookware, dish ware, or bring small appliances. Both the Main House and Guest Kitchen’s are fully stocked with all of the following small kitchen appliances on site: coffee makers, coffee grinder, toaster, waffle maker, blender, griddle, crock pot, air fryer, tea kettle, etc.

Step outside to the beautifully landscaped grounds, including multiple patio areas all situated on 178 feet of prime lakefront. The home includes two decks, one on each side of the home on the kitchen / living room level, a bonfire pit area on the lake level, two private docks (including a large L-shaped dock offering with seating space), and a fenced-in, heated, in-ground pool with area to lounge pool-side. The driveway and entrances to the Main House, Guest House, and Entertainment space can all be accessed without any stairs.
