"Beautiful ocean view from my room"

"The front desk staff were not helpful when I asked to book a taxi, and all meals were expected to be paid by credit card (I had cash) but the hotel was clean and the dining room staff were attentive and friendly. I did get short changed 50 pesos when paying for coffee and should have checked my change at the time. Nice location on the beach."

"Great staff and very clean"

"New, clean, well kept resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great, restaurants were excellent. Loved not having to make reservations. Beautiful beach even if the water isn’t swimmable. Would be nice if there was more of an activity team throughout the day (pool games, fun things). Night time activities could be improved as there wasn’t much going on after dinner most nights. Large theatre building that wasn’t open or used at all during our stay. Spa was great but the outdoor water circuit is just too cold to enjoy. Addition of a hot tub may make this better or heat the pool. Access to golf was fantastic. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely return."

"Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! "

"The second time staying. We enjoyed our stay, great place to golf and relax by the pool. Area is well maintained. Many of the same people have condo’s there & are pretty friendly.Though I wish they had a recycle bin for bottles & plastics."
