「stayed two night in June 2017. located a newly develped area and it seems a new hotel and so very clean. The staff is so freindly and helpful. Thanks to Matt for his kindness. The morning buffet can be improved for the variety but i know that is hilton standard.」
"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell.
Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$.
Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."
