"We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. There is a really nice self-service beer garden with a good selection of beer, ciders and wine. Very good food in the outside dining area, too. Friendly staff everywhere. The scenery next to the river Main is stunning and very calming."

Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
