"This little apartment was a great jumping off point for our weekend in the Mosel Valley. We were able to park in front of the hotel at night for free with the blue parking ring. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Soap in the shower, extra bathmats for the bathroom floor (there is no door on the shower so water splashes around), in addition to a small vacuum (the clean freak in me was thrilled) and a tablet with information about the hotel and area. "Spacious loved the fact we had a choice of front terrace or back courtyard depending on the time of day. Clean with comfortable beds ( though I gave the water bed to my daughter and S in L). Plenty of hot water. Well positioned for the car park and the town centre. Andrea contacted us upon arrival and advised us re using tourist discount tickets which was helpful l. "

"Wir waren zu 5 Personen angemeldet aber nur für 4 Personen Bettwäsche vorhanden. Eine Beschreibung der speziellen Elektrik, Fernseher, Pool war nicht vorhanden daher nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Terasse ohne Gartenmöbel nicht nutzbar. Des Weiteren war die Gartenpflege sehr mangelhaft (Wildwuchs/Unkraut). Vorhandener Grill unhygienisch. Pool Abdeckung total verdreckt. Sitz Mobiliar instabil, Verletzungsgefahr……Leider kann man vorhandene Bilder hier nicht einstellen da nicht Familienfreundlich....

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "We were amazed to be staying at one of the oldest hotels in Germany. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed Wiesbaden. There were abundant stores and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. A special thanks to hotel employee Cem. We asked him to take a picture of our family and he not only did so, but gave us a quick tour of the hotel and an amazing history lesson on the property. He was very knowledgeable and made our stay even better. Highly recommend staying at the Schwartzer Bock hotel."

"It was all PICTURE (amazing views) PERFECT (see attached photo of the view from our room). The restaurant…we had two dinners and three breakfasts. It was all divine. The wait staff was very professional. Overall an incredible property. If it is on your radar as a “maybe”, then you need to book it and make it a “definite”!"
