9/10 Wonderful! (1,412 reviews)
The hotel is beautiful and at a perfect location, right by Vondelpark and a 20-minute walk to Dam Square. There’s also a direct bus to and from the airport which was incredible!
The room was nice, the bathroom had a weird unpleasant smell and even though we asked the staff to take a look, they basically just opened a window which isn’t ideal when it’s freezing outside haha.
We also found our towels and bed sheets had small stains on them but they were clean! The bed itself was super comfortable especially the pillows!
Also the elevator was out of service for a whole day…
But! I did love the hotel, the breakfast was so good and the staff so nice. Plus you can’t beat the location.
Would for sure stay again!
