I sent emails, used the Contact Property option via hotels.com, called the office number several times but there was no response. The day prior to our flight we received one email asking us to submit details such as passport number. "There was sand everywhere—the floors in the bathroom, living room, and bedroom were all covered in it. The kitchen handles were greasy as well. Furthermore, it took a long time to figure out which key worked for the door lock, and even then, it was very difficult to open. The only advantage of this place is its proximity to the beach."
