Location

The apartment was really good. The location was good, right next to the city center, but really quiet. The small shop in the same building was nice. The only thing I would have liked more of was more glasses and cutlery, hand towels, toilet paper and garbage bags.

Spent a weekend at the apartment. We were 5 ppl with room for one more. Nothing to complain about, would go back. Easy to communicate and get transfer to and from the apartment/airport.

Almost impossible to get in contact with them - which is especially bad when there's only self check-in. Even though I paid everything through hotels.com, their system didn't register correctly that I had already paid the city tax. As a result, I couldn't read the check-in instructions. I contacted them on the day of my arrival at 10 AM on email to get help and then called them 6 times on their phone number between 4 - 6 PM, nobody answered. Sometime after 6 PM someone called me back and sent me the instructions to get into the apartment. I filed a complaint to get the first night refunded since I had to sleep at another hotel not knowing if they would contact me again that day. They have ignored me since then. The apartment looked nice and was clean.

Great apartment, highly recommended.

The apartment was very tidy, comfortable, well designed and equipped. Small minus for damaged rain shower though. The apt could use some more utensils, like bottle opener/corkscrew/wooden spatula. To be considered as recommendations, not reported as flaws. Great advantage is the covered parking spot dedicated to the appartement included in the price. Contact with the host was great. Thank you Jakub for letting us check-in way before official hours. Very much appreciated!

Wonderful place in a great location.

My wife and I stayed in the Nordbyhus Apartamenty Angielska Grobla for two nights in June 2024. We loved this place! The Apt is very spacious, clean, modern, is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is in a perfect location, very close to the old town. The apt is also very quiet as it is located within a large apartment complex, so we slept very well. We appreciated the large, well-appointed kitchen and the washing machine as we are on an extended trip and needed to wash clothes. Jakub was very helpful, and we also met Alexander, who is a lovely person. The free underground parking was also very welcome as it can be expensive close to the old town parts of cities in Poland. I did have a problem finding the parking spot, but that was my fault as I didn’t follow the instructions correctly. All in all, we were delighted with this place, and you won’t go wrong if you choose it for a visit to Gdansk.

Bra boende i lugnt kvarter men nära till mataffär, bageri och gamla stan! Bra utrustat kök! Boendet perfekt för oss som sökte 2 sovrum samt eget kök för mindre frukost. Saknade internationella kanaler på engelska på TV. Hittade wifi på insidan dörren till slut.

Skønt ophold med fin beliggenhed

Lækker lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Lejligheden var ren, pæn og velindrettet, noget af servicen var dog ikke helt rent. Fine instruktioner til lejligheden og roligt område. Vi havde 5 overnatninger, så det ville have været rart med en rengøring undervejs eller i hvert fald mere end ét håndklæde til hver.
