"The property is in a great location near to bars and restaurants overlooking the waterfront. The staff particularly reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed in the 4* part of the hotel which had great rooms with everything you needed and also very quiet. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice."

"I believe the hotel's name, "Cloud," reflects how comfortable the bed was. I had such a good night's sleep, which is important because I tend to be a light sleeper. The room was well-organized and clean. I especially appreciated the adjustable Artemide light by the bed, as I enjoy reading in bed. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"The whole place is quirky and has a student accommodation vibe. It's a good use of an old, industrial building. We stayed for 3 nights. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bedroom is tiny, dominated by the queen bed, with only about 30cm of space along each side. The room had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The do-not-disturb sign to hang on the door also had an option to advise a pet is inside the room. We suspect a previous animal left deposits that weren't properly cleaned. It's a tiny space with no TV but functional. Aside from the smell it was fine for 3 nights."
