リゾート地のホテル
仕事の関係で宿泊しましたが，本来はリゾート目的で宿泊すべきホテルです．スパやジムなどは非常に充実していますし，ホテルスタッフの対応とても良いです．ただ，WiFiが頻繁につながらないためインタネットを利用したい場合には非常に不便なホテルです．電子機器を持ち込まずリゾートだけで来るべきホテルです．

Ground flor looks reach and posh but first floor a wee bit old fashion. Bathroom definitely not a 5 star. Breakfast super expensive. if 4 people would pay for breakfast this would double the cost of room. also price for parking was shocking

Boendet nådde inte helt upp till mina förväntningar främst pga att maten inte höll tillräcklig standard. Rummet var rymligt och Wi-Fi:n var ok. Tv:n var enorm och det gick att casta, vilket var riktigt trevligt.

Very good hotel
It was a nice stay. Hotel and staff very nice. Very helpful staff. The room was clean. Only thing returning in the evening at 8 pm was difficult, the platform was not lit. I am after hip surgery- and was afraid to go because I could not see anything. The leaves were not cleaned up either. Another issue was the spa area - there should be some maximum number on the pool because it was impossible to swim completely. Other than that thank you I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Trevligt hotell med spa. Personalen är vänlig. Hade rum bort från trafikerad gata så väldigt lugnt och tyst. Badrummet fräscht. God frukost. Tyvärr va delar av spa:t avstängt (trasig jacuzzi) och det kommunicerades inte innan även fast vi hade direktkontakt med spaavdelningen i samband med bokningar av behandling. Bra läge, någon minuts promenad till stranden och Sopot centrum.

Disappointed and dated
We have stayed here a few times but this time disappointed with how tired the hotel is looking, small things like curtains in the room hanging off and grout missing so the shower leaked. Pillows were strange so didn’t sleep very well. Issues with the key too, our friends were worse they literally kicked the door in and replaced the whole lock and the next day it was broken again ! Jacuzzi not working either and swimming area broken tiles and dirty. A real shame because it could be so nice. Room was OK but due to lack of upkeep and cost we will look to stay somewhere else next time.

Rolig og tilbaketrukket hotel
Rolig og pent hotell, men vil ikke kalle det 5 stjerners. Burde vel vært kanskje 4. Noen ting å pirke i :Hotellet ligger ikke på stranden, men er ca 5 min å gå. Den private stranden er heller ikke inkludert i oppholdet, men man må her betale ekstra for å være der. Boblebadet på spaet virket ikke, og det virket ikke som om de hadde det travelt med å fikse det. Frokosten var dyr. (Voksne 100 zloty, og barn 50 zloty).Ellers var det hyggelig betjening, og hotellet passet fint til rolige dager, da det ligger ca 10-15 min gange vekke fra det meste.

Fint hotell usel personal!
Väldigt fint hotell med fantastisk dålig service. Personalen försökte dessutom att lura oss att betala en nota för minibaren på rummet. 1 Cola och 1 vatten för 780 SEK. När vi påtalade att det är orimligt fick vi bara till svar att ok, vi justerar priset till 60 SEK. ingen ursäkt inte en tillstymmelse till dåligt samvete eller liknande. I receptionen går det nästan att göra sig förstådd på engelska, ALL annan personal kan inte annat än polska. När personalen inser att man inte pratar Polska ignoreras man i stället.

Nice hotel
Lovely hotel and have stayed here a few times - lots of company conference so struggled to be served at the bar on an evening - pool needs attention as steam broken and lots of pieces of mosaic floor broken Room - very comfy bed and quiet - Shame beach loungers not available as it was a sunny weekend and would have loved to lay on the beach

Un beau séjour proche de la plage
Un très beau séjour à Sopot dans un bon hôtel. On était à côté de la mer et des restaurants,la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.Belle piscine avec un jacuzzi,un sauna et un personnel très disponible.Le petit déjeuner était peut-être le seul bémol car pas aussi fourni et frais que dans l’autre hôtel 5 étoiles de Gdansk. Le plus de l’hôtel est la plage privée avec son bar à champagne.
