    I could not get accesss to the property The owner refused to answer the phone or messages. Do not book if you wish to avoid the possibility of being homeless in a strange city E bookers provided no customer support. In the end I had to give up and book an alternative.

    I arrived at the venue and couldnt get inside the apartment. After calling the host 3 times she texted me that she stopped renting the apartment 5 years ago. I dont know why the offer is still available on your site but it should be avoided. It was really hard to find another venue last-minute and it cost me both time and money
