受付階が階段を登らなければならないため、重いスーツケースを持ってチェックインし大変だった。設備は綺麗だった。

歴史ある建物だが設備は新しい
歴史ある建物だが設備は新しい。四階の部屋を使用。部屋はコンパクト。ダブルベッドの部屋を一人で使用したが、二人の場合はかなり手狭と思われる。 部屋の手狭さのわりにバスルームは余裕があり、気持ちよく使えた。シャワーのお湯の量も十分。 リフトはあるが、四階まで。四階の一部と五階はさらに数段の階段を上がる。ホテルロビーも道路から数段上がる必要がある。荷物が重く、自分には厳しかったので設備でやや減点。 部屋の西向きの窓は小さめながら、眺望は素晴らしかった。 朝食はホテルでとらなかったので、不明。 ホテルを出ると3分で運河沿いの道に出る。旧市街の見所は徒歩圏。鉄道駅までも10分から15分程度で移動に便利なわりに、このホテルの通りは喧騒と無縁で落ちついて過ごせた。 ミネラルウオーターは瓶詰めやペットボトルではなく、栓つきのガラスのカラフェで用意してくれるのが自分には珍しかった。 総じてエレガントな印象のホテル。 ガイドブックによく紹介されているタベルナ・メストウィンがすぐ隣。

Really bad room
We were provided a hotel room that was initially a part of a bigger two room solution. Right by our bed there was a locked regular door straight into the next room where other guests stayed. This was extremely noisy, we could hear everything from that room as well as everyone in the lobby. This made it difficult to sleep and feel any type of privacy, since we essentially shared rooms with the entire bottom floor. We would not have booked this hotel if this was informed during the booking. When we spoke about this to the staff, they said that they were aware of these problems with this particular room, but it was the only one available. Also, the staff didnt offer to look at available rooms the next night or offer any type of compensation which was disappointing. Would not rate this hotel as a 4 star, especially when we paid much for the stay due to new years. We felt somewhat decieved of our stay.

Sentral beliggenhet og hyggelig hotell
Fint hotell i veldig bra område, kort gangavstand til alle severdigheter. Vaskes ikke daglig, noe vi i utgangspunktet synes er helt fint, men det bør allikevel fylles på det som går tomt (kaffe, toalettpapir mm). Vi ba selv om mer toalettpapir og resepsjonen var kjappe og hyggelige rundt det, men fint om det kunne blitt fylt opp uten at vi spør selv. Utover dette et flott hotell:)

Helt ok
10min promenad till Gamla stan. Rummet kunde varit lite större men vi skulle bara sova där. Inget uttag vid sängen så man kunde ladda sin telefon. Wi-Fi var urkasst. Kallt på golvet i badrummet. Överlag bra och ska man bara stanna här 2-3 dagar fungerar det utmärkt. Personalen var trevliga.

Weekend Visit
Warm welcome to the hotel. Clean, warm and comfortable. 24hr reception was very welcome and the staff were friendly. Great shower. Would definitely stop again.

Good placement
The pillows was to small, made it a bit uncomfortable. Small bed for 2 persons. Some noise from the road. Overall a good hotel that I have used several times. Short walk down to the river, but that area is under reconstruction.

It was comfortable, clean and everything you want from an affordable hotel close to all the relevant amenities in Gdansk. Staff were always on hand to help, and were very friendly. All round, fabulous value.

Steps away from the river walk
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. It was conveniently situated near all the major attractions I wanted to visit, making it effortless to explore the city. Whether I needed to catch a subway or walk to a nearby restaurant, everything was within easy reach. Speaking of the staff, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests I had, making me feel valued as a guest. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience.
