Centrally located and nestled in the woods west of Gaylord, MI. Enjoy all 4 seasons! Snowmobile Trail #4 crosses our street and we are surrounded by multiple golf courses, parks and beaches. Within 30 minutes to Boyne, Traverse City and Mackinaw City.

Golf Weekend

The house worked great for a foursome of golfers. The house is clean, comfortable and in great shape. The location works great for golf since there are many courses within 30 minutes. The location is very peaceful.

Perfect location for snowmobiling

We were ecstatic to be able to go in multiple directions from this location allowing us to put on over 700 miles in 2 1/2 days! Great place!

Beautiful Home All the Way Around

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, serene, peaceful. VERY clean and cozy. We will be back. We stayed for snowmobiling and it was a perfect location to catch the trail head.

Quiet and relaxing stay

Our family had a great time here. Everything was as described in the listing. It was very clean and cozy. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed to be well-supplied. The outdoors can be enjoyed with coffee on the deck or a fire. The kids enjoyed visiting the friendly cows.

Close to Gaylord golf

The house was perfect for our long golf weekend. The house was nicely appointed and equipped. The setting was quit and private. Convenient to many courses.

Up north get away

House was very clean. Host were welcoming but also left you in privacy, the rental is right on their property. The queen bed was not comfortable, dipped in the middle , but we ended up using the king bed which was fine. I have a back issue so have to be careful of the bed I sleep on. Other beds were on the harder side, however if you don’t have back issues I’m sure all the beds are good for most people. The house was in a great location, very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the use of the fire pit, with wood provided. We were here to see the fall colors and they were beautiful!! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great little place! Has all amenities anyone would need. Stayed there by myself to just relax... the covered back porch was a nice surprise for sitting outside in the rain. Quiet and clean,... would stay again in a heartbeat

Guesthouse in Woods

This is a beautiful guesthouse that is super clean, well maintained, and has all the necessary amenities. It is off the beaten path and very quiet, but easy to access, and a great location for the Gaylord area. A great value!

Perfect for our Family

The stay here was great from check-in to check-out. My husband and I brought our two teenagers, their friend, and our two younger boys. The space was perfect - we had all we needed and more. We were most pleased with the cleanliness and quality of bedding, furniture, and really the entire house/property. We hope to stay again, some day!

Beautiful, clean, with all amenities. Quiet location.

Had a wonderful, quiet stay for 5 nights. Cottage was super-clean and modern and comfortable. Queen bed was very comfortable. Didn’t need the other bedrooms. Spend most of the time on the private deck behind the house since the weather was amazing. Plenty of chairs and tables and a grill. Couldn’t use the fire-pit simply because of the dry weather and fire risk but this is a well laid out fire-pit area with its own chairs. The cottage sits on the same property as the host’s home, but I was given total space and privacy. Kathy was available by phone and text as needed. She quickly responded to the one question I had. Bathroom was very clean and modern, with everything needed. Plenty of clean towels. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you! Would stay again.
