「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The front lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas.」

「We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge.
