"We reserved our room and paid for premium with the Jacuzzi almost a month in advance and opened the door to two full beds and no Jacuzzi. We were told they didn't have anymore available so we would have to contact the prop owner which we are doing. The room was also not cleaned very well, there was a lollipop in the fridge, dirt all over the floor and stuff in the drawer. We couldn't walk without shoes in our room because our feet would be black within minutes. The breakfast was good, we did really enjoy having a breakfast buffet included and the staff was nice. The property itself wasn't bad, it was pretty clean or appeared to be. "

"Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!"

"Breakfast was very fresh and dining space is beautiful! However, the major concern breakfast food was limited and staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people and children were there for spring break! The hotel amenities were great with the various pools and lounging areas with huge firepits! Staff was amazing from bartenders to the front desk. Love Shana at the front desk. She always check on me and my family. Thank you Shana😍 GREAT HOTEL! we will be back"

"The AC in the room was great. The little dog yipping next door was not. The breakfast was not for us. For people with kids, I’m sure the waffles were a hit. "

"The air conditioner is extremely noisy and will keep you up. The place is right on the street so you hear traffic all night. The fitness center has hardly anything and the one machine was broken. We actually couldn’t get a refund so we paid for another hotel rather than stay there"
