A few major flaws….
Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold). Initial impression of the unit was nice- lots of space. Everything seemed clean other than a stained sheet, which looked like foundation, but was still a little off putting. Enter major flaw #1- we were getting ready for bed when we realized we had one less bed than we booked - the queen sofa bed we were promised was chained and padlocked, literally. Enter major flaw #2- TERRIBLE communication. I tried calling the main number, which I had attempted multiple times earlier in the day as well, but it rings once or twice then disconnects without success. I then called the Quality Inn and was told that they essentially have nothing to do with the property and the main person would be back Monday morning (after our stay). We were offered a room for the person without a bed for the night but no one else (our party would’ve been split). Then we were told we might could get two adjoining rooms if we stopped by the next day, but that would take away our kitchen and common space. So, one person ended up with no bed with no extra linens in the unit and had to share a bed when that was not our original plan. All in all, we might stay again but cautiously.
