Up a very steep and winding road, there sits Snow Hill. Unimaginable views that change every time you look. A Spiral staircase, more tricky than the road, leads up to the game room.The well stocked kitchen and extra deep sink were perfect for our supper prep. The bed is extra king size and extra comfy. The hot tub is the best place to relax after that nail-biting drive. We stayed in July and the air conditioning never let us down. The TV is a bit mind-boggling, but we didnt climb up this mountain to watch TV.I wouldn't have traded anything for the bear sightings at 7:30 every morning, from the safety of the front deck, of course. Everything you need except salt and pepper, but they did warn us of that. Very clean and had special touches scattered about.Staff stayed in constant contact and were willing to offer any help, within reason. Thanks so much.

The views were breathtaking and the pictures don’t do it justice in all honesty! Had everything you could need, even a pet mouse, lolAlso had a couple cats that would roam onto back deck but never bothered us just arrived to take some cat naps… obviously not catching the mouse. The route on the way up was quite the journey but worth it because the views are jaw dropping and it was quite larger than we expected! Not many food options nearby so plan accordingly. We would stay again!

We enjoyed every single second. The directions were very helpful, check in was a breeze as was accessing the property and all it's listed amenities.There were actually more amenities then we expected. The cabin was HUGE. All three kids had their own bed and there were two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), which was a relief! The views from the balcony (and subsequently the hot tub ) were SPECTACULAR and surpassed every expectation!!! The pictures didn't do it justice. That was my favorite part of our stay, the beautiful view, especially as some misty rain rolled in, you could see where the Smoky Mountains get their name.

The cabin was gorgeous, the views were perfect, bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a dresser available for our clothes in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect cabin for parents and a couple of kids to stay in. Hot Tub was excellent and perfect view of the mountains, no trees blocking the view. Drive up was all paved, turn into the cabin was a bit tight but manageable. The owners gave clear directions before hand about not following the GPS and the directions they gave were WAY better than what google maps said to do. The communication with the owners was awesome, they got back in touch with me with any questions I had while there almost immediately. Absolutely loved my stay and would stay here again in Spring, Summer, or Fall. Not sure I'd risk the road up in the Winter in our small car. But All wheel drive vehicles and experienced drivers could make the trip up in Winter.

Could not recommend this place enough! Stayed here for the weekend and it was truly heavenly. The cabin itself was perfect and very accurate. The views were amazing and were far better than what you can see in the pictures provided. If looking for a place to stay then this is definitely it!!

First off it was my birthday on Friday so the cabin was rented for me for a relaxing weekend away that I needed I drove up on Thursday evening to check in after getting groceries and all that I needed so I didn’t have to leave once I got there and got settled to relax only to realize there was no water n after hours n hours n going back n fourth between my booked cabin n another cabin which night I add had frozen water as well I packed up and drove an hour n 20 mins back home only to have my whole weekend ruined after taking a day off work and still haven’t heard anything about a future stay or a refund

The truth is that I really liked it, my family and I had the best time (although the bear left its mark on my truck) as for cleanliness there was a bit of dust and the bed in the master bedroom had a bad smell. Even so, I give it 5 stars.

The cabin was very nice and the view was amazing ! We loved it the only problem we had was we had no water while we were there . They said they would make it right with us and give us some of our money back . But they have not .

We stayed at Snowhill for the week of our wedding and honeymoon, and it was just what we wanted! The view from the cabin across the valley to the opposing mountain was truly spectacular. The cabin was very private and quiet, and we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. The drive up the mountain is exciting, and we encountered two young bears on the road one morning...what an amazing experience!

The power was out when we arrived so we could not stay. Tried to notify the company with no response until the next day. Waited and still couldn’t access the property. Finally received a text from the property manager to request a refund. Still waiting on said refund, 5 weeks later. Each time I reach out to ask about refund, I’m ghosted. Unacceptable.

Beautiful cabin high up on the mountain. Awesome master bedroom with a hot tub and gas logs and large walk in shower for two. Host had storm damage at our original cabin so they moved us to this larger more expensive cabin at no cost which was very nice of them. There was a few issues at the new cabin and I let the host know so they could have them fixed. Check the weather if traveling to this cabin in the winter. There is some steep hills so you will need all wheel drive if there has been some snow.

This listing exceeded our expectations! The cabin was beautiful with great amenities such as a deck overlooking the smokey mountains complete with hot tub! The view isnt justified by the pictures. We stayed there for a destination wedding, and our view was better than 6 other guests/bridal parties views and everyone in our group agreed! Gorgeous property at a super reasonable price!

Stayed here for our honeymoon. The listing was fairly accurate. There were some things left to be desired. The drive up is a lot to take in. It’s a tight winding road that is not light up at all at night. For sure have an experienced driver, and maybe a brake inspection before your trip. The bed is dated and you will roll to the middle while sleeping. I did notice this on a previous review and the management group replied saying it was changed out, but for sure was not. The jacuzzi tub was very slow filling and only two of the jets functioned on it. The hot tub was very nice and clean, but again only a few of the jets worked properly and was a bit of a let down. we did not utilize the upstairs bedding or pool table. All in all a decent cabin but like mentioned left things to be desired at the end of the trip based on previous reviews and management saying those accommodations have been fixed.
