We came up for our wedding and wanted a comfortable place to stay and to get ready at, as well as close to everything. This was the perfect place. Walking distance to everything. What better way than leave your car parked and walk rather than the hassle of finding a parking spot. It was very spacious and accommodating. Only a few minutes from cataract falls. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Will definitely be staying again!

The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal. If you want to be close to the action in the downtown area, and have a small family (there were 4 of us- 2 adults, 1 kid 6 and 1 teen 14) or are just traveling solo, it is a perfect place! Other great features included covered parking, 2 elevators, luggage carts, close to the beautiful river road walk!

You just can’t beat it!

A all around location is everything here and this a great spot. My daughter had a cheer competition at the convention center. We are talking three minute walk through the parking garage. It was perfect and you walk the strip. Once you park at the condo you will not need to get back into the car again, liquor store local anything you want to eat within five minutes. I say only down is slow elevator, but I have impatient teens so we got our steps in on the stairs room is conveniently right by the stairs .will stay again in the future.

Loved how close everything was to the condo. The bed wasn't very comfortable, the water pressure isn't good, kitchen faucet dipped the whole time. Overall this is a great location and very convenient to everything we needed.

Excellent location!

This place was great for my husband and I. The location is perfect and is a walkable distance to many restaurants and attractions. It sits right by the entrance to the Smokey mountain national park. The patio was a nice bonus to sit out and relax at the end of the day. The condo was just as described in the pictures. Scott was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a cute apartment just off the parkway. Big enough for two people. Scott is great to work with. This is our second stay with him. Great host!
