This newly updated vacation home features two living room areas with Smart TVs, an awesome kitchen, arcade game, double-sided fireplace, Hot Tub, fenced in yard for the dogs, and huge decks with plentiful outdoor seating for your morning coffee or moonshine nightcaps.

Everyone will enjoy the 4 cozy bedrooms that have plenty of space for you and your luggage (and souvenirs) to spread out. Last but not least, the Master Bedroom is a real treat with a King bed, workout equipment, walk-in closet, and its own little living room area!

- Large dining area right off the kitchen with gas fireplace

UPPER LEVEL:
- Living room area with a massive leather sectional that has several built-in recliners, and a big Smart TV with Xbox & games
- Microwave, keurig, popcorn maker in living room area
- Multi-game arcade game and an oversized bean bag for extra lounging
-Half bath with washer and dryer
-Queen bedroom with an oversized bean bag
- King bedroom with a private living room area (Smart TV and Loveseat), big cozy recliner, treadmill and workout equipment, an oversized bean bag, a massive walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom
-The ensuite bathroom has 2 vanities, a jacuzzi bathtub, and a standup shower


No smoking allowed inside this cabin. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches and DO NOT litter.
Do not feed the bears or wildlife.
Guests will not have access to park in the garage, per Gatlinburg fire code.

This home welcomes your dogs, but please register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Pet Policies overview: 2 dog limit, 60 lbs per dog, not allowed on furniture, must be crated if left at the cabin. Guests are financially responsible for damages, and/or extra cleaning needed as a result of dogs, ESAs, or service animals.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per person
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.

GUESTS TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN:
● Coffee & coffee filters
● Extra trash bags
● Salt, pepper, seasoning, oils, etc
