The hotel is also fairly close to the ski lifts too, plus the outer balconies overlook the bottom section of the waterfall. If you walk around to the left side of the hotel on the main road you can reach the upper mid-section of the waterfall without needing further transportation. "This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "
