Gott om plats för att mötas i hotellets lounge-delar och kök. Rent och fint. Lugnt. Uppskattade verandorna, som låg i sol efter kl.10.30 på dagen. För morgonkaffe eller ligga i solsängarna för en lugn dag.Uppskattar uppvärmt rum för att torka pjäxor och förvara skidor. Hade varit trevligt med en resturang, om man inte vill gå ut. "Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"Excellent hotel with a good location. The pool and wellness area really add to the experience and provided nice recreation after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...
