「This house is so cute & cozy! It was one of those properties where you feel like you're staying at a friend's or family member's home; comfortable.....not stuffy or stressful with too many fragile knickknacks & strict rules! We loved the back porch for dinner and the hanging swings for reading & coffee. The place is well stocked so you don't have to run out for every little thing. My daughters loved the provided cookies & q-tips, haha! Very comfy beds with soft sheets. 」

「Bigfoot Bungalow was perfect!! Great location in a safe neighborhood. Very clean, charming and spacious. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch in the morning, very private. Great location for Redwoods. Redwood visitor center in Cresent City looks very rundown (boarded up window) but worth stopping for Redwood map and advice from great park employees. Would stay again so worth it!!」

「Kathy is a wonderful host. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. The flowers around the house are beautiful. The best part is the location which is about 3/4 mile from the entrance to Jedidiah Smith Park. The trees there are amazing! Oh, and there is a terrific restaurant within walking distance and a gas station/market across from that. PERFECT place to stay to enjoy ALL of the Redwood forests. 」

「This well-prepared house was perfect for our stay in Crescent City. The owner laid out a welcome guide to the area for us, which was super useful in planning our Redwood National Park during the day, and Beachside sunset vista viewing in the evening. The rooms were kept comfortably cool by easy to open windows at night, and the living room had plenty of seating for everyone. The bathrooms were well cleaned and modernized. 「Overall our experience was positive. The home reminded me of my 1st home which was built in the 1940's. The owners here have made improvements inside and it is cozy. Some of the neighborhood homes are nice and some are very run down. Inside this rental the tvs, beds, and appliances are modern. The couch is small and not very comfortable, and there isn't much room in the bathroom to place toiletries. The small kitchen also could use additional counter space. 「The host was quick with response and the house was nicely updated and had everything we needed for cooking,showering.the propane fire pit on the deck was awesome to sit around and converse.」

「Gorgeous cabin in wonderful secluded location overlooking Chetco River. Lots of deer. Driveway is very steep and difficult to turn around in. Access to river needs improved and hot tub cushions need replaced but otherwise fantastic. 」
