"Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay."

"We absolutely loved this place! We were 4 couples and it was a perfect layout. The back deck is one of the best features. The location was so quiet, even tranquil. We loved listening to the birds and geese and frogs while drinking relaxing in the morning or at night. It’s a beautiful setting. Loved watching a thunder/lightning storm while in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable (1 soft, 3 medium) so everyone was happy. Host was excellent to work with and responsive to all my questions. Absolutely no bugs in April so we could lounge outside as long as we wanted. Hot tub was plenty hot with adjustable temp. Although it doesn’t fit 8 people. 5-6 got the water level pretty high. Really appreciated that their drinkware was plastic since they request no glass in the hot tub. Oaklawn horse races was a highlight, and we recommend the Quapaw Baths if you have a group and want to soak together. Ohio Club downtown had a great speakeasy vibe with a cool history. Enjoyed the view from the observation tower in the national park. Rolando’s restaurant back patio was special. Would definitely come back to Hot Springs and the Hangout!"

"Home was perfect, clean, a fully stocked kitchen. Great view of Lake Hamilton. Our group had a wonderful time Brian the property manager answered all my questions before arriving. Would stay in home again if in the area. "

"Peaceful retreat on the lake. Nice outdoor patio to relax on and watch the geese, ducks and birds on the water. Clean rooms and cozy space. Hope to spend time there in the future. "
