The room was clean and adequate with just the basic necessities. But it was okay for 1 night. The lobby which we spent several hours waiting for an available room was disgraceful. The carpeting had dark stains all over. There were bottle caps and other trash on the floor. The seating was also dirty and old. Also, it was noisy late at night with minimal soundproofing, Ibis can do better

Loved my experience. I was able to put my bag away before check-in and go out. There was an elevator and stairs. Breakfast was served if I wanted it. The only thing was the AC not working one night so I was pretty hot but the other nights were perfect. Very good spot for just being there to rest.

The entire experience at The Toren was exceptional. The hotel was cozy, comfortable and located in a great area close to restaurants, museums, shopping and the central train station. Breakfast food selections tasty and filling. All interactions with the hotel team members were pleasant and helpful.

Lovely hotel on a lovely property. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant was quite good, and we truly enjoyed our meals there.
