Airport Pick up service for very helpful with my parents traveling alone

This hotel is not as advertised on Expedia in a couple of important ways. First, it is not at the location indicated on Google Maps, but is about 100m south at the location labeled as "The Elevate Hotel." Perhaps this is due to a recent consolidation? Maybe the old location was better, because the current place doesn't merit the positive reviews on Google. Second, while the Expedia description boasts a "top rated breakfast," the breakfast was nonexistent. Due to some problem with the restaurant here they couldn't serve breakfast (or any food), so instead they transported us by taxi to another hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast, which was very inconvenient. They did not inform us of this off-site breakfast arrangement at check-in time, even though we inquired about breakfast. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. While this hotel was very affordable, I would book somewhere else next time.

won't stay there again. There is nothing good to talk about it. Very mediocre facility, location, rooms, breakfast, overall experience. The shuttle taxi they provided to the airport was just terrible, way too small even for two of us and with just two big duffle bags, and very uncomfortable.
