Cozy, fun home near the lake. Great for a summer or winter get away. Central to restaurants, grocery store, gas station and coffee shops. 5 minute walk to fishing pond , park, and 30 minute drive to Bear Lake Hot Springs, marina is less than 3 miles and 7.9 miles to Beaver Mountain Ski Lodge. House includes large outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of room for boat parking. Place stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, shampoo, soap, beach chairs and sand toys. Perfect house for a wonderful family getaway. Perfect Bear Lake Stay

This was our second time staying at Sandy Foot Retreat for our Bear Lake getaway and we love it! It’s perfect for our family and in a great location. Lydia is fantastic to work with. We will absolutely be staying again.

Great stay!

The property was great, very clean and had everything we needed. Had beach chairs and towels that came in handy when we headed to the lake. The host was fantastic and responded very quickly.

Quiet Beach Getaway

We had a lovely time at this cute little home in Garden City. Great location with a short drive to great beach access at Bear Lake. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing and even had great instruction of how they would like everything tidied upon our check out date. I would recommend this property to any small group of friends or small families looking for somewhere cozy to rest at the end of a long day at the beach.

Great Rental

We loved everything about this rental. It was close to the Garden City Park, which has a boardwalk with beach access. We used the firepit for a hot dog roast. It was clean and exactly how it was listed.

We had a great time at Bear Lake, I thought the lake was close by due the to photo of the dock... but that was a picture of a nearby pond. Overall it was a nice stay!!

Incredible Stay

The home was cozy with wonderful character. The location is so nice, especially with how much we went to the boardwalk at the Garden City Park. Lydia was responsive and incredibly helpful whenever we had a question. We look forward to staying here again soon!
