9.4/10 Exceptional! (5,248 reviews)

The location is not the best area of Madrid and a bit of a walk to the centre uphill. They have another property in the north which would be better. The condition of the property was ok and had good facilities like washing machine. Ironing board is small and not the easiest but works.

8/10 Very Good! (258 reviews)
"Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get ..."
