Rooms are basic and we had coffee facilities but no milk! So you had to like black coffee! The bar area is not a very comfortable area to sit for too long and the breakfast is basic. On the plus side the area is nice and very near the metro

Excellent

Lovely hotel in an excellent location in central Madrid. The views from the rooftop bar were stunning.

The centralized air conditioning prevents guests from controlling room temperature. Despite mild outdoor temperatures, the heating was on, making the room uncomfortably hot. The only option was to open the windows and deal with constant street noise.
