Breakfast was excellent! Impressive they can coordinate all those different food items and guests. Staff was respectful, friendly and well organized. Rooftop bar had great vibe and atmosphere and views with really good food and adult drinks. We loved the nachos and the martinis. Glass floor at roof top bar was fun and popular. Room was surprisingly very quiet despite the very busy location. Views from windows were spectacular. The beds were foam mattresses and very comfortable to sleep on. It’s a massive hotel with a lot of foot traffic on the rooftop bar and outside on Gran Via. The pool is small, but considering it’s a roof top pool, that’s probably normal to be that size. The vibe is big and busy. But there are plenty of wonderful things to say about the hotel.
