One suggestion: since this is a self check-in, it would be helpful to get the entrance code earlier than an hour before the check-in time in case of an issue with phone service. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!」

「We were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations waiting for our four-generation family that gathered to celebrate Christmas together--how thoughtful of our host! This home is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view.」

「Overall the home was in good condition. A few items were missing or didn’t work in the kitchen. ( can opener, cork screw, etc) WiFi and television were excellent. Communication needs work. ( I had to contact host prior to check in and there was no check out instructions) The location has beautiful areas to visit locally, however nearby parks are difficult to drive to due to bumpy mountain roads. 」
