"Jason greeted us kindly and honored our request for their most quiet room to ensure a good night’s sleep. We had noisy neighbors the night before at another hotel while traveling across the country. Our room was the best!! We didn’t hear anyone and we had the best sleep!! Thank you Jason.
In the morning, we enjoyed a warm delicious breakfast of eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit and more. Everything and everyone was so accommodating.

"Worst hotel customer service I have ever experienced. Booked through hotels.com but they (this Tru location) said since their system wasn't operating well that they had no record of my reservation and refused to help in any way. Simply said for me to contact Hotels.com, even though I could show them the reservation on my phone (and it was clear by the parking lot they had tons of rooms available). Had to jump through a ton of hoops and threaten legal action to get my money back. Put a black mark on our whole vacation and soured us on Tru and the whole Hilton brand. "
