"熱波の翌日の、嵐の日にチェックイン。電車が5時間遅れて、ホテルへの到着時にはフロントには誰もいない時間で機械でのチェックインでした。事前に、チェックインが遅れることや、フロントに誰もいない場合はどうしたら良いか、メッセージしましたが返事は何もありませんでした。そして、心細く機械でチェックインしましたが、どの項目になにを入力すれば良いのか、わかりにくくて大変でした。事前に、オフラインで使える翻訳アプリと、予約時の画面のスクリーンショットを撮っていたので、何通りかチャレンジして、真夜中を過ぎて20分後に、なんとかチェックインすることができてほっとしました。名字、サイトに登録した電話番号、予約番号、などだったと思います。そして、ホテルの入口と、自分の部屋を開けるためのコード番号が提示されるので、それも写真に撮っておくことで、数日の滞在の外出のたびに使うことができました。チェックイン以外はとても快適でした。部屋はキレイに掃除されていて、エアコンもあり、シャワーも快適、朝食も十分な提供があり、スタッフもにこやかに対応してくれました。窓に面した長いテーブルも使い勝手が良く、クローゼットの用に使えるスペースも、棚もあって、数日の滞在にとても心地よく過ごせました。電車の大幅な遅延によって真夜中の到着となりましたが、荷物がたくさんあって重いスーツケースを持つ私には、駅から近かったことはとても良かったです。大きな荷物だったのでおよそ徒歩10分。リュックだけな身軽な荷物なら5分くらいでしょう。チェックアウトの日も、駅まで近いというのは助かりました。チェックアウトが12時で、朝にゆっくり過ごせたことも良かったです。ホテルからルルドの教会までは徒歩20分くらいです。10時半くらいから19時くらいまでは道中のお土産屋さんを覗きながら歩くのも楽しいです。ホテルの目の前にお菓子やお酒を含む飲み物などが買える商店もあって便利です。街が穏やかなので、早朝や、夏の夜は毎晩のキャンドル行事も安心して参加できました。環境も良く、快適に過ごしながらのルルドの旅におすすめのホテルでした。"

"二回目の滞在です。扉の建て付けが悪く、ドアにカギを差し込んで回さないとドアが閉まらない状況です。ある日帰って来た時に部屋のドアがしっかりと閉まっておらず、誰でも入れる状況であった為、ホテルのスタッフに扉の建て付けを修理して頂くことと清掃時にしっかりと施錠して頂くように依頼しました。"

"昔ながらのヨーロピアンスタイルのホテル。客室は清潔。バスタブのあるお部屋だったの有難い。朝食が美味しかった。建物は古いせいか、客室の床が歩くとミシミシと音がしたので、下の階の人の迷惑にならないかちょっと気になった。 "
