You will receive a link at the time of booking with all the information on where to park and how to reach the apartment. At the entrance of the property, there is a mailbox, and inside it, a self check in box for a quick and convenient arrival. The keys to access the apartment are placed in the self check in box, and you will receive all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible view, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday.

In our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, cleaning products (if needed), and containers for separate waste disposal. For any needs, we are always available to assist you from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A concierge service is also available (except during the night) via chat, where you can ask any questions, from how appliances work, to the best local restaurants, the most beautiful sights, or the nearest parking options.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a gesture of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the outdoor areas.

San Nazzaro is well connected to the main centers of Canton Ticino and offers several transport options to move comfortably around the area. Public transport Train: San Nazzaro railway station is located along the line connecting Bellinzona to Locarno and offers frequent connections to the rest of Ticino. Bus: Local bus lines connect San Nazzaro with other villages of Gambarogno and nearby towns such as Magadino, Locarno, and Bellinzona. Boats: Boats operated by the Società Navigazione Lago Maggiore make it easy to reach Ascona, Locarno, and the Brissago Islands with a pleasant lake crossing. By car San Nazzaro is easily accessible by car via the cantonal road running along the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. It is possible to reach: Locarno in about 20 minutes Bellinzona in about 30 minutes Lugano in about 45 minutes Public parking is available in the area, but it may be limited during peak season. By bike or on foot The area offers scenic cycling paths and hiking trails that allow you to explore the surroundings immersed in nature. You can follow the road along the lake to enjoy the landscape or climb up to the mountains for breathtaking views. San Nazzaro is an ideal base to explore Ticino, thanks to its strategic location and numerous transport options.

The heart of the living area features a comfortable black leather corner sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the surroundings. Imagine enjoying a good glass of wine next to the warm crackle of the wood burning fireplace, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere, ideal for cooler evenings. For entertainment, a modern TV is positioned on an elegant designer unit. Kitchen: The kitchen is a true gem for cooking enthusiasts. Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a convenient dishwasher, it provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the coffee machine, and end the evening with a special toast using the available wine glasses. Whether for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner, you will find everything you need. The kitchen overlooks a panoramic lake view that makes every meal a unique and relaxing experience. Bedrooms: The master bedroom is a serene corner, ideal for recharging after a full day. Furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, it offers all the space needed for your personal belongings. Waking up to views of the lake and surrounding mountains is a true privilege, a perfect way to start the day with positive energy. The second bedroom is equally cozy and is perfect for two people with a comfortable double bed. This room ensures privacy and comfort, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Bathroom: The bathroom is designed as a space of pure relaxation. The modern rain shower provides moments of wellness after a day outdoors. Soft towels and a courtesy set complete your comfort experience. Balcony: The balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the apartment. Services and Parking: The apartment includes a private parking space reserved for the duration of your stay. Free Wi Fi is also available to stay connected during your visit. Swimming Pool (in summer): During the summer season, guests can enjoy the pool, an ideal place to relax and refresh while enjoying the stunning lake view and surrounding scenery. Open from Easter to October. Lower Level: There is a shared laundry room accessible for a fee with coins. A shared sauna is also available for use, again for a fee with coins. Check in and Check out: Check in is available from 4:00 PM. If needed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Nearby Points of Interest: The apartment is located in San Nazzaro, just 20 minutes by car from Locarno, a city rich in tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. A few kilometers away is the center of Luino, where you can stroll along the lake or visit the famous market. In addition, numerous trails for hiking and outdoor activities can be found nearby.
