特記事項：効果的な4/1/19 VRBOは、財産所有者がそうする代わりに、州の売上税を直接徴収して送金し始めました。 残念なことに、彼らは（以前のように）追加の地方消費税/居住税を計上するシステムをプログラムしませんでした。 VRBOはこの問題に取り組んでいます。 それまでの間、9％のジャマイカビーチ占有税を直接支払う必要があります。 PayPal、Venmo、または小切手を介して行うことができます。 ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。VRBOがシステムを再プログラムして、すぐにこれを修正することを願っています。 19/5/9現在、VRBOはこの問題を修正していません。

This is a really nice home on the bay. My son loved being able to fish and crab and kayak whenever he wanted. We are very spoiled with our keurig and there wasnt one here BUT... there is a nice coffee pot and grinder to use. Everything else we needed was already there for our use. If you like a firm bed, do not sleep in the front room as the mattress is memory foam and feels like you're caving into the middle. Overall, we had a great trip.

The property was very clean and beautiful! The view into the Canal was amazing. The location is wonderful for relaxing and not far from the beach. The host was very good at communicating and the fish were jumping everywhere! I would recommend this property to friends and family all day!

House on the canal.

Cute home for a small family. Property has a canal in the backyard which was great for fishing and some crabbing. Drive on beach was very close and not as crowded as the main beach area in Galveston. Host was very attentive no complaints.

Cute, quiet, and perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The location was perfect — great for the kids to fish right outside, and just a short drive to the beach. With some helpful tips from the friendly neighbor, we caught several different kinds of fish, making the experience even more memorable. The house had everything we needed and was an great fit for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Summer 25 Trip

Very cute, well stocked, and great view of the canals with the wall to wall windows in the living room. Grandkids got to kayak for the first time in the kayaks provided. Also, caught lots of fish on the canal! It was perfect for our family of four. We'd definitely stay there again! Matt was extremely helpful!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets felt like something out of a luxury hotel—we all slept so well. The kitchen was fully stocked with great amenities, which made cooking and hanging out a breeze. We especially loved using the kayaks, which added such a fun and memorable element to our trip. The cozy decor throughout the home made it feel warm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing after a day outside. It was also a short drive to Jamaica Beach. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a blast and the home was very clean and comfortable. Our 2 boys basically lived outside. They loved fishing, swimming, kayaking and just exploring all the ocean had to offer. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Property owner was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Upon arrival we loved the location of the property. It was easy to find and we had good directions on what to do once we arrived. We had a fully stocked kitchen and the house was decorated very cute. Beds were comfy and we had lots of linens in the bath. There was a very nice neighbor that gave us some tips on fishing. I loved the fact you could fish right outside the property. We had a wonderful time!

Great Rental

Directions were excellent. The home was ready and the listing matched perfectly. Homeowner had upgraded the TV sound system, which worked great. While windy and Rainey the fish still were biting at the home. Great time and recommend going to all.

Wonderful Getaway & Great Host

Brought my son here for a Spring Break fishing getaway. We had a blast, and the house was perfect. Matt was a great host. The communication was great, but make sure you do your part to read through the information. The house had everything we needed and more.
